In this position, you will participate in projects related to the CRM system in the segment of telecommunications. In the area our duties include : analysis, configuration, implementation, and testing changes to the IS, identifying systemic weaknesses and their elimination.
experience in developing CRM system
experience in the development of portal applications
Oracle PL / SQL, Web Services, JMS,
knowledge of Java EE, Spring, Spring MVC, JDBC, Hibernate and experience with tools for test automation Selenium, HP UFT / QTP is an advantage
Good English skills - Advance level in reading technical literature and Intermidiate in speaking
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
analysis, configuration, implementation and testing of changes to the IS
clarification of user requirements for changes related to CRM
correction of errors in the systems associated with the CRM system and coordination of troubleshooting across the integrated solution
design and planning application development, including the identification of possible shortcomings in the system
the implementation of corrective measures
work closely with other team members
